Look, five minutes - I've had a hard day. Don't you think I get pestered enough by the public when they spot that white harness?

• "What age do they work till?"

All these questions get so boring after a while. So let's cut the small talk.

My name is Kizzie. I was three years old at the end of April (and she didn't even get me a cake?). I'm her fourth guide dog and the best she's ever had. Just ask her if you don't believe me.

I've been working since I was two years old, and will probably carry on working till I'm eight or nine - if she hasn't worn me out long before then.
